My name is Kelly and Im a Reflexologist based in Bermondsey, South London.
I offer a holistic and highly personalised reflexology service, tailored to you and your needs. I travel to you so that you can fully relax in the comfort of your own home - before, during and after the session (no need for you to deal with a stressful commute!). My aim is to leave you feeling deeply relaxed, chilled out and get some well-deserved "me-time!" I am here to offer a listening ear, caring support and proactive lifestyle advice to support your well-being.
About Reflexology
Reflexology is a complementary therapy based on the belief that specific points on your feet (as well as your hands and face) known as reflexes correspond with different parts and systems of your body and by working these points, it can have an effect on the body’s functioning, stimulating its own healing processes
Its a non-intrusive treatment which is not only deeply relaxing, but it also helps to restore the body's natural balance so often put out of whack by our stressful lives, our environment, the amount of exercise we do (or dont do!) the foods we eat and the products we use
Reflexology is a holistic approach - so in conjunction with the treatment itself, a Reflexologist will also consider wider diet, exercise and lifestyle factors which may be impacting your well being

Having had my own child, I can empathise with my clients and appreciate how deeply personal and different everyone's experience is and I respect and care for each of my client's personal journeys and choices.
Reflexology for Conception & Fertility
Deciding to try for a baby is a big step, it is also full of uncertainty: How long will it take? Will I encounter any problems? Is there anything ‘wrong' with me or my partner? Can I even fall pregnant? As you go along your preconception journey the pressure can build, creating the very conditions which can work against conception happening. Reflexology is one of many complementary therapies which can help you relax and reduce your stress levels. Wherever you are on your conception journey, I offer holistic support and care, tailored to your needs.
Most doctors and fertility specialists are supportive of Reflexology alongside IVF treatment
I have additional training in Holistic Fertility support.
Maternity Reflexology
Pregnancy is a very exciting time but it can also bring a lot of anxiety - from the physical, hormonal and emotional changes you experience as well as knowing you are the one responsible for the well-being of your baby - Talk about pressure! Reflexology is a great way to support your well-being during pregnancy. It is safe during pregnancy and I only use Organic oils which are safe for pregnancy. Pregnancy Reflexology sessions take place in the comfort of your own home - usually seated on a sofa so you can relax safely without putting pressure on your vena cava.
Research has shown that regular reflexology during pregnancy and reflexology during labour may reduce the length and intensity of labour pain (Motha & McGrath, 1989; Valiani et al, 2010). I recommend clients aim for regular reflexology during their pregnancy. I do recognise that many clients contact me as their due date approaches. I am always happy to help and try to accommodate last minute requests for reflexology. Please note that I do not believe that reflexology can 'induce' labour, but I can do my best to offer you relaxation and to support the body in preparing for labour.
Post-Natal Reflexology
Once baby arrives there are a whole heap of new stresses to deal with - from recovering from the birth itself, to feeding and lack of sleep. Self-care is important during this time - as the saying goes you cant fill from an empty cup! I can support you as you settle into motherhood - by providing a bit of me-time, relaxation and improving mood and sleep. Because I offer treatments in the comfort of your own home, you can have baby on your lap or nearby. I also can share some reflexology techniques for you to use on your baby too!
I also teach private Baby Massage classes to parents, also in the comfort of your home
Aromareflex
My aromareflex sessions combine the power of beneficial essential oils and reflexology to give you an extremely relaxing and nurturing experience. Your aromareflex session will be enhanced by a blend of oils specially chosen for you. Its a longer more indulgent and nurturing reflexology session, and the essential blend oil will be applied throughout the session. You will be able to keep your blend pot to maximise the effects of the session **Please note during current covid times blend pot unfortunately cant be kept as usual

I'm based in Bermondsey, London
I offer treatments within the comfort of your home within Southwark and nearby surrounds. Some parts of Central London may be possible.

I use an organic, vegan reflexology balm and I am striving to be as zero waste as possible (although please bear with me in current coronavirus times there are some additional and unavoidable measures I have to put in place to keep both of us safe).
Mobile Reflexology in Southwark
I'm a Mobile Reflexologist based in Bermondsey, South London. I travel to your home for the treatment which means you don't have to travel and you can continue to relax or go to sleep straight after the treatment in the comfort of your own home.
I mostly focus in Southwark borough: covering areas such as Waterloo, London Bridge, Tower Bridge, Bermondsey, Bankside, Borough, Elephant & Castle.
